Perception, Expectations, and Emotional Needs

What affects us the most in life is the perception in our heads of what we expect it to be, feeling that the vibration of our imagination and feelings don't align with the vibration we feel through this restricted day-to-day structure and approach.

We all have the same basic emotional needs at our core: to be free and to love. If neglected by the self, low vibrational actions, which we perceive as evil, rise and cause a ripple effect.

The Pain We Should Share

The only pain we should all be sharing, which is subjective, is the pain of not knowing where we are and where we came from or not always knowing how to deal with the unknown energies of life, like feelings.

But it's each person's responsibility to do the inner work to make themselves feel at home internally, no matter which emotion rises.
